For security reasons, we are unable to change the contact number associated with your profile, however you can update this by following the below steps: Please note you cannot change your number if you have an active loan.
- Register your new number.
- Fill in your personal details eg.name, surname and ID number, this should match the details we already have.
- Confirm your ID number.
- A pop up informing you your ID number is liked to another number (your old number) will show.
- Select the second option to update your old profile to your new number.
