For security reasons, we are unable to change the contact number associated with your profile, however you can update this by following the below steps: Please note you cannot change your number if you have an active loan.

1) Register your new number.
2) Fill in your personal details eg.name, surname and ID number, this should match the details we already have.
3) Confirm your ID number.
4) A pop up informing you your ID number is liked to another number (your old number) will show.
5) Select the second option to update your old profile to your new number.
